As our pieces are made to order and are entirely customized for our customers, we do not accept returns.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. After 48 of delivery we will not be held responsible for any items found broken or missing after that time period. However, to ensure the best products for our customers we offer a 1-year warranty on any of our pieces and offer after-sales maintenance at additional surcharges.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items).Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
