Shipping & Delivery Policy

we use an independent delivery service provider to ship our products to customers.  By shopping with us, you agree to have your purchase and delivery information, including your address and contact information, transmitted to the Delivery Company.  

You will receive an estimated delivery date upon completion of your order. Please note that this is not a guaranteed delivery date for your order as our products are made to be customizable per our customers' requests and times may vary depending upon the availability of your desired material, fabric, and order processing. Typically Ordering processing takes 48 hours depending upon customer response rates and Rattan orders takes from 6 to 7 Working weeks. Wood, metal, aluminum, bamboo, and the rest of the materials take from 3 to 4 Working weeks however could take longer depending upon order specifications. 

After settling the full payment for your order a delivery date is scheduled within 72 hours.
