For larger items, items are delivered via freight. You will receive a phone call to schedule the delivery, and items will be removed from trucks but not unboxed or removed from protective packaging. Any costs associated with a failed delivery will be borne by the customer before redelivery is arranged. Unpacking removal is not included.
Threshold Delivery for furniture is available Saturday through Thursday during typical business hours. At residential addresses, item(s) will be delivered to a safe place on your property, and a photograph will be taken as proof of delivery. For commercial addresses, delivery will be made to the loading dock or inside the entrance of the business, and you will be contacted to schedule a delivery appointment.
White Glove Delivery with Assembly
With our White Glove Delivery, we go the extra mile to ensure your utmost satisfaction. We will deliver your items to any room of your choice, remove all packaging, and perform any necessary assembly. You will be provided with delivery window options during normal business hours for scheduling. Please note that White Glove with Assembly Delivery is not applicable for international shipments.
Please be aware that weekend appointments, deliveries outside normal business hours, or specific delivery time requests may incur additional charges and require prior quotation and payment. Additionally, rescheduling delivery appointments with less than 48 hours' notice or missed delivery appointments may also be subject to extra fees.
